Club deals: the companies open today
Through the Unicorn Club you choose the single companies you want to invest in. For each deal a dedicated vehicle buys shares on the secondary market and members join with a separate commitment.
Club deals, one company at a time
Investors who want exposure to the largest private companies can join our club deals through the Unicorn Club: for each company a separate vehicle (SPV) acquires shares on the secondary market, and each member decides deal by deal whether to take part.
Membership of the Unicorn Club gives access to the open deals, the documents of each vehicle and the commitment procedure. Each investment is separate from the membership, with a minimum of 100,000 USD per deal (200,000 USD for US individuals).
Club deals are reserved for verified accredited and qualified investors.
How it works

- 3Choose a company and submit your commitment, from 100,000 USD per deal (200,000 USD for US individuals).
- 4Sign the vehicle documents and transfer the funds by the closing date.
